This draft describes the current website, account and service data flows. Real taxpayer processing is not enabled. Production contacts, retention decisions and final wording require approval before launch.
Information on this website
Where account services are enabled, we use your email, password authentication and preferred language. Protected service workflows store intake answers, uploaded documents, messages, quotes, payment records and finished returns. Current testing accepts approved sample data only; the public website does not accept tax documents.
Language preference
This website remembers your language with a preference cookie and, when available, browser storage. The cookie helps open the right language before the page loads. It contains only a language code, not account or tax information. You can change your choice with the language switcher or remove it by clearing this site’s browser data.
Website delivery
Your browser sends technical information needed to request pages. The hosting provider may process connection information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver and operate the website. We have not added advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
Security and service providers
Account authentication and private storage use Supabase. Session cookies maintain access; the native app protects its session credential in device secure storage. Limited security records track access changes without message or document contents. Hosting and auth providers may retain operational connection records. Provider arrangements and production retention remain under review.
Account deletion and retained records
In the customer app, open Profile and choose Delete account. Confirm with your password to close account access and request identity removal. Tax and service records are reviewed separately; account closure does not mean every record has been erased. A complete retention policy, processing timetable and completion-notice process must be approved before production service.
